• To My La Villa ECHS Family:

It is with great pride and excitement that I take the lead as principal of La Villa Early College High School.  It seems like only yesterday that I walked the halls of La Villa High School as student and yet it has been nearly 30 years.  Upon my arrival, I have come across many old and familiar faces as well as some new ones and we all look to the future with the same anticipation of success for the students of La Villa Early College High School.

I owe so much to the community of La Villa ISD for having laid the foundation for my education which in turn has become my career as an educator.  As such, I have now returned to my roots charged with the task of preparing the students of La Villa Early College High School for a successful future in college, the world of work, or the military.  Although it will not be easy, with the relentless effort of our staff, the support of our parents, community, school board and that of La Villa ISD central administration, the goal of student success can and will be attained.

I look forward to a successful year and to meeting new people as well as reconnecting with old friends as we strive to make La Villa Early College High School one of the best schools in the state.

    Go Big Red!
