My name is Maria Ochoa. I have been an educator for 24 years. I received my degree from the University of Texas- Pan American, which is now known as UTRGV. I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade levels, and have loved each single one of them. My motivation for teaching comes from within and I will always do what is in the best interest for each of my students. My daily objective is to have them strive to feel safe and comfortable in our educational environment and to come into the classroom with a positive mindset.
