The Importance of Marketing in Education

Marketing involves shaping perceptions and emotions around your district's brand. It is a crucial aspect of education as it helps to attract students, increase enrollment, engage the community, differentiate from competitors, improve programs, and create a positive school environment. Your marketing designs have to work as an extension of your brand’s visual identity. Every piece of content you publish has to carry the mark of your brand.

Holiday Themed Designs

Consider implementing fresh and innovative ideas for each holiday. Incorporate high-quality and well-curated visual content into your marketing strategy. Remember to incorporate the District's colors and logos to maintain the brand identity.

Social Media Marketing

The La Villa ISD social media platforms help distribute information, promote the district's goals, and market our schools. Please submit social media content to noe.longoria@lavillaisd.org for posting.

All content published on our social media platforms should follow the general guidelines:

  • All social media content should adhere to relevant federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, and policies.

  • Content should follow the District’s branding guidelines (logos and colors) when

    applicable.

  • Whenever possible, LVISD social media sites should link back to the official LVISD

website, web pages for forms, documents, online services, LVISD guidelines, and other

    information necessary.

  • La Villa ISD Media & Communications Department operates the following social media profiles:

If you intend to submit content for social media publication, you must use the correct ad sizes and specifications.
