La Villa Middle School students will be testing next week. To help our students perform their best, we recommend getting a good night's sleep the night before, eating a healthy breakfast, and arriving early on testing day.
J. B. MUĂ‘OZ ELEMENTARY: Road closures will start tomorrow, February 3, for construction on Cottonwood Avenue. One lane will remain open for north-to-south traffic from 8th Street to Highway 107. Northbound travel from Highway 107 to 8th Street will be closed. Please use alternate routes and allow extra travel time. Thank you for your patience; updates will follow as needed.

J. B. MUĂ‘OZ ELEMENTARY: We have been informed that construction work from Cottonwood to 8th Street will start next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We will provide updates as they become available.
J. B. MUĂ‘OZ ELEMENTARY: Preparation for construction work from Cottonwood to 8th Street will begin tomorrow afternoon, January 29, 2026, and last about 3 weeks. We are working closely with city officials to develop a plan for student pickup and drop-off, as well as for staff and visitor parking. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this period. We will keep you informed as we get more updates.
